"The first room smelled like sewage sadly, I reported it and the front staff promptly put me in the new room and it was nice and clean, no issues- I’m suspecting some old pipes maybe? But other than that, I really appreciated their hearty breakfast menu option you can add, they seemed more thoughtfully prepared than what you would expect from breakfast buffet- Staffs are cordial, nice and helpful :)) The big bath area is a very nice addition - I do wish it smelled more like Hinoki and wondered...

"建物は古いですが、良く手入れされて清潔です。スタッフの対応も気持ち良かったです。周辺のレストランが少ないコンビニが少ない点が不便です。"

"はじめての群馬旅行でホテル周辺不安でしたがすぐ隣にステーキガストやスーパーやしまむら、コンビニ（セブン）あって安心でした。 お部屋（９階）から電車が見えて子供たち大喜びでした。 駐車場はホテル横に停めれてチェックイン後、車で出掛けたい事伝えたら出し入れ可能な駐車券をくださりチェックアウトしたに入庫した時の駐車券と交換して帰る時に駐車場代（500円）を払って出る感じです。"

"Our stay was reasonably comfortable, except for a few small factors: 1. It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. So we could not be as comfortable as we normally would be had it been a non-smoking room. My request to the property is to create more non-smoking rooms to be available or completely eradicate smoking rooms, period! Because smokers...
