And walking along the water in the mornings and seeing turtles feeding off the rocks. Beach at the end of the street was a bonus. Kei was great - responsive when we asked questions. 「Our stay (albeit impacted by fires) was great. The time leading up to the evacuation was wonderful and centrally located. The place was well equipped and the place was clean. The ground floor access was exactly what we wanted that overlooked the pool. Communication with Dan was and he was helpful leading up and post evacuation. Really hope the property is not damaged and highly recommend.」

"员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。"
