Reviewer Comments: The place was accurate compared to the photos, it was clean, had plenty of kitchen items for cooking, was comfortable, and was fairly near many places in Waikiki. The entrance to the building is attractive, the staff are all friendly, and the views in all directions from the rooftop terrace were great.

Nice place, safe, convenient and as advertised.

I had a nice stay. The Windsor is a nice older building close to everything Waikiki has to offer. The parking spot is tight but good for a mid-size sedan or smaller. Kitchen is great has everything, bathroom is okay but showing age. Bedroom is very nice and AC is cold. Washer was out of service during my visit but dryer worked well. Elevators are fast and clean and security and staff are visible and easy to find so it feels very safe. I would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The appartment is very nice, and clean. The view is amazing. There is always a sunbed available at the pool. The gym is great, as well as the rooftop where I enjoyed the view every night after dinner. Each fridaynight you can watch the firework at the rooftop.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo had great views, great location, nice kitchen. carpet was dirty, towels old, bed sheets & pillows need to be replaced. Mold in shower when we arrived. That was addressed & cleaned. Other cleaning supplies were provided. Had parking. We had no car. Beautiful entrance with coi pond and waterfall. Lobby immaculate, close to the beach, has a beautiful pool. close to shopping. Close to most restaurant, & hotels. Great bus system close to the condo. Duke's casual fun bar on the beach, Cinnamons. Pesca top of the Ilikai, Harbour Bar -local, Tanaka of Tokyo Restaurants are worth going to,

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay and would return. We love the service that Captain Cook provides - it's really easy to set up a reservation, to get checked in and to get checked out. We were left alone the whole time, which is good; we were able to figure everything out. We love the Windsor. It is a safe and well-run building with nice management and friendly tenants. It's a great location. The parking that is included is wonderful. We also like the in room washer/dryer. Our only complaint was that the place was not very clean when we arrived. We had to do a significant amount of cleaning ourselves - drawers had hair in them, shower floor was grimy, lots of marks on the walls. The worst thing was that the carpet was filthy and there was nothing we could do about that. That carpet needs a good cleaning or, better yet, it needs to be replaced. All that said, we got the place in decent condition and were quite happy with our stay.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Close to the mall, the marina, Waikiki shopping and restaurants. But the apartment was pretty run down. If you’re okay not going barefoot in the apartment and making due with a hodgepodge of kitchen ware, 1801 at the Windsor is a good base. Just know the bed is not even a queen, its a full, very old spring mattress. So if you’re with someone, you be up all night like we the other’s movement. One nice things was the pool and hot tub, though remember you have to reserve along with all other residents. All and all, 1801 at the Windsor is decent for the price. Just don’t expect any luxuries as pristine as the photos.

We didn't actually count how many rainbows we saw morning, noon and afternoon, but they occurred often and in every direction through our windows that faced three different ways. The sunsets were amazing, especially when we went up to the common roof deck and waited, hoping to see the green flash of the huge setting sun sinking into the Pacific, with other people, some sipping wine and eating up there. We thank you for a most wonderful month's vacation.
