"Overall what I like most is the accessibility of the hotel to the beach. My kids loved it so much that early morning we can come to the beach.Bed was not comfortable in my opinion it needs to be change. I feel that it hasn't been changed for many years.There was no room service offered during our stay.No free toiletries like shampoo or body wash at least. Microwave is upon request which I find unrealistic. TV has very limited channels.No cable channels at least like Disney or nickelodeon which I think it's a must for a hotel that is mainly family friendly."
