Overall, our stay was very nice! The downtown location was great. The unit was very clean, except for the couches. (They need to be cleaned, as there are dark smudges on nearly every pillow and cushion. It was bad enough that we put sheets over the cushions and completely removed the pillows.) In the unit, items were available for our use at the beach (e.g., a wagon, cooler, and shade umbrellas). The dishwasher and washer/dryer were in good condition and very useful.
