    BUILDING NOTICE: May 14, 2026
    As part of the AOAO’s ongoing commitment to safety and property improvements, the Maintenance Department and its contractor will be conducting the Annual Preventative Maintenance, cleaning, and repairs for the 6th Floor Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, and Pool Deck areas.
    The pool deck area will be closed beginning Sunday, November 8 at 9:00 p.m. and is scheduled to reopen on Monday, November 16 at 7:00 a.m., weather permitting. During this time, the Pool/Jacuzzi access gate will be locked and secured, and all amenities within the area will be unavailable for use throughout the maintenance period.
    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this important maintenance project.

    Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
    -Beach chairs, boogie board, and one cooler
    -Bed linens (including one set of linens and one blanket for each bed), bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels
    -Dishes, silverware, and cookware (including a coffee maker, tea kettle, rice cooker, and blender)
    -Hair dryer, iron, and ironing board
    -Starter condo supplies, including dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, and toilet paper (guests are responsible for replenishing supplies during their stay)

    CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
    Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

It was within walking distance to bus stop, beach and shopping. I been to Waikīkī many times and this condo had the best lanai! Could see mountains and ocean. The only thing I thought it could use was a grab bar in bathroom over tub! I will definitely stay there again if I come back

Plenty of coffee shops and food available closeby. Had its own Mini-mart, well stocked and convenient on the 6th floor.Good laundry, excellent pool and spa (very clean every day)- didn't try the sauna or small gym areas. Room was basic but clean and adequete eating and cooking facilities. Balcony sliding door needs some maintenance. Plenty of linen, and beach stuff to use. The lifts ran very well for the 43 floors it had to service. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent

This was such an amazing location to enjoy the night life with a short walk to the beaches! 10/10 would stay here again. The balcony is so peaceful with the faint sounds of traffic at night time. The sunrise coming over the mountains every morning is the cherry on top!

Great Value

This property is secure with an insight store. Close to everything and lots of extras like beach chairs and coolers. The pool was beautiful. A little dated interior but the value was perfect. The beds are AMAZING. A good nights sleep is worth everything

Loved the location and the room. The only complaint I have which I messaged you all about was the TV remote was missing and the water changed temperatures. Otherwise great stay over all.

Great Views And Some Design Flaws

I enjoyed my stay—especially the stunning views and great location, which were the highlight of the space. However, the patio lounge furniture was uncomfortable, which made it hard to fully enjoy the outdoor area. Also, the microwave placement above the refrigerator was awkward and not very user-friendly. Overall, a lovely spot with a few practical drawbacks.

Needs good deep cleaning

Needs a good deep cleaning and paint would make it 100% better. Beds were horrible. Both just form mattress. Was a last minute booking so you get what you get. Communication was fast snd efficient.

From the simplicity of first booking the room through check in and during the stay we had no problems. The building has a little store and was very convenient. The building is easy walking distance to food, restaurants, entertainment and the beach. We always saw maintenance and cleaning people cleaning the public areas around the pool and barbecue area. Enjoyed the stay.

Bathroom needs updatng

Good location and setup. Beds were very comfortable although pillows were very high and hard. Check in process was very easy and the security is great. The kitchen set up looked good but we didnt really use it. The only negative is the bathroom. It needs a good cleaning, a paint job and some updating. While we were there they were doing renovations and it was sometimes noisy and a little difficult to maneuver through the hallways.

Affordable Waikiki Location

The room was a lot smaller than it appears to be in the photo but it was clean and comfortable (we were in Hawaii and don't spend much time in the room other than to sleep). The property is dated but the 6th floor with the pool, jacuzzi, and bbq area is incredible. My granddaughter called it the "fun floor." Parking is expensive but convenient. The AC was wonderful. If you're looking for luxury, this is not your place. If you need a place to unwind in the evening before sleeping, it will work perfectly for you.

The room is just as described, 2 comfortable beds, spacious lanai, small kitchen appliances such as toaster, rice cooker and microwave came in handy. We were mindful of our trash and leftover and so we had no problem with roaches. The restroom does need a little update (cosmetic) but we had no problem using it. Overall, we love this building and access to Waikiki and bus stops is so easy. Can't wait to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is as pictured. The location is excellent. The building is old and it shows somewhat. This unit is clean but it is tired. The bathroom in particular needs an overhaul. The balcony, view, pool, hot tub and bbq area is what makes this a good place to stay as it's central to everything. The only real downside is that owners may smoke in their units and it can be invasive, particularly considering the choice of smoke. Would be nice if it was a non-smoking building. I will stay there again!

The building offered a lot of convenient amenities. It had a great pool, convenience store, laundry facilities, restaurant and car rental. It was in a central location where you could walk to almost anything. The unit had a great patio but the unit itself needs a lot of updating. The kitchen and bathroom were very small and dated with no space to move around. The beds did not have conventional mattresses with no support hard to get in and out of.

Reviewer Comments: This place is an excellent choice for a location close to the main shopping district, which is a very reasonable walk, in Waikiki but still have plenty of privacy if you wish to lounge by the pool. The balcony features views of a golf course, the canal, pool and deck, and partial ocean views. Perfect for that morning cup of coffee!The room was very clean, kitchen equipped with everything my sister and I needed for our Sister Vacation. Parking garage is located on the first 5 levels with plenty of space if you choose to rent a vehicle during your stay and easy to enter/exit. Laundry/pool located on 6th floor with water fill station and ice machine.This was a perfect place for our vacation and we look forward to coming back!
