Fantastic Stay every you needed in one place from beach towels to small surf boards. The View was Amazing laundry room easy Access .Bedding was comfortable Bathroom toilet and tub as well . Walk rt to the beach and luxury stores not even more then a mile. The Staff in lobby was wonderful. This condo was rated A from me and my family.BLUE OCEAN FOOD TRUCK AMAZING

It’s just 2 blocks from the beach and walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and many attractions. Parking was included, which was another plus.

This location and ocean view was great. The place was perfect for our needs. I would say the place was ok. Few issues. Property manager called us and told us the hide a bed was broken so we were told to put the mattress in the hide a bed on the floor. However we had to do this every night then put it back in order to use the couch it was aweful and waste of our time. They could not fix the hide a bed until after we left. The bedroom door slider was also off track. Minor small issues we figured out. Otherwise the place was great and would not hold back these issues towards the owners. Stuff happens. It was excellent otherwise. 4 stars

The room boasts views of the Ocean and Diamond Head and is very well-kept, clean, and well-lit.The Lanai area is fantastic, and after a long day playing with the kids at the beach, it's great to unwind, grab a beer or glass of wine and soak in the sun and ocean breezes.Highly recommend this room, especially for families.

Reviewer Comments: Bathroom window was held closed with chopsticks?Couch hide-a-bed in the living room very uncomfortable to the point that you almost could not use it.Safe did not work.Had trouble with the TV but issue was resolved with a phone call. Area rug was dirty.Otherwise, we liked the room. Kitchen and bedroom were spotless. Liked having the dining-room table, the bathtub grab bars. Security door was good. Even though we were beside the laundry room, we never heard a sound, and it was very convenient.

Not a pleasant experience

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a party of 3 so we had to use the sofa bed. After the third night we discovered a large area of mold between the mattress and the area it rests on. We were told they have seen that before and offered to move us to another condo so we did as the person who was sleeping on that mattress had an allergic response and ended up cutting their Hawaiian trip and went home early and eating the cost of a non refundable ticket in the process to do so. Communication with Captain Cooks was lacking. I felt they could have helped us move to the new location and showed swine more but didn’t nor did they they act upon my requests for some sort of compensation. I certainly won’t be staying there again

Reviewer Comments: 駐車場の高さの説明がなく、7人乗りを借りて行ったら入らないから交換しないと停められないと空港までまた交換しにいく羽目に。部屋のソファベッドは壊れており、リペアに2回も不在の間入ることもあり、かなり不安になりました。4人なのにベッドが2つしかなく事前の説明もなかった事にびっくりです。何かしらの謝りの連絡もサービスもなく、非常に不安な会社だと感じました。日本人向けにサービスを行う場合、かなり細かいので万全の体制にしていただきたいです。

Reviewer Comments: #1714の部屋はTowerIIの角部屋でダイヤモンドヘットがベットルームとキッチンからも見る奇麗な部屋でした。こちらの部屋は駐車場代が含まれているので 本当に大変助かりました。食器類も充実していましたがゴミ箱用のビニール袋が無かったのが多少困りました。その他はお勧めできる部屋でした。今まで何度も渡ハしてサンセットを定宿としていましたが現在の円安のおかげで 初めてキャプテンクックさんを利用させて頂きましたが Resortfeeや駐車場代も掛からず大変助かりました。次回もよろしくお願いします。

Great view and location!

Wow- Diamond head out one side of windows and beach view from front side! Very nice place. Beds were comfortable. Only downside was broken window in bath, and the couch/chair in living room have seen better days- cushions had no support.

Pros: Nice location. The pool area is great, good access to restaurants, the beach, zoo. Views are good. CONS: This is touted as being great for families. BE AWARE, the windows open outward, and a small child could very easily open one and fall out. One of the bedroom windows is secured shut with duct tape, and the bathroom window is secured with chopsticks. The middle blind onto the lanai fell while I was opening it our last morning, its clearly showing its age. Off and on the unit smelled like sewer gas. The parking garage is designed oddly, and hard to navigate.

The building is a little on the older side but the unit was clean, updated and had the best views. Location was convenient, we walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
