Coin washers/dryers on 2nd and 7th floors. Although there is NO pool at this location, you're just a block to the beach!

Great location on the outskirts of the craziness, but close enough to feel the energy. We are a family of four, 2 adult children. Great balcony for morning ocean views over coffee and late night skyline view chats. We rented a car for the full week, parking came with our room with ease. Great space!! Thank you.

We loved this unit and location. Heart of Waikiki Beach but not overly loud at night. Sat on balcony and looked at the sunset every evening. Steps from restaurants, food, and groceries. Parking was 3 blocks from unit but we had no trouble unloading and loading by our unit then parking and walking back. Pics from balcony and then the beach 2 blocks away, easy walk and kids and adults loved the sand, water, and snacks/restaurants.

Great place to stay in Waikiki. Convenient location right off the strip and very close to the beach. Free parking was great and having a coin laundromat right outside the door was very useful. Paul helped us with the check-in and everything was smooth. We highly recommend this place.

This was an ideal location for a first-time family vacation to Oahu! Free parking that was so convenient was a big bonus! Condo was super clean and had all the amenities we needed for a one week stay! Paul, the Property Manager, was very friendly and attentive. Definitely would recommend this vacation rental!

Loved the location and would stay there again. Located at the beginning of Waikiki. An easy 1 block walk to the beach or main strip for shopping and food. Parking is about a block away, but an easy walk. Condo was clean and the property manager was quick to respond (shower handle broke one day and he fixed it within a few hours).

This condo was open, bright, clean, and more spacious than it looked from the pictures. The balcony was large and had plenty of seating with a table for dining and great views. We were four adults with an 8 month old and had plenty of space. Rooms were nice size and comfortable. No A/C in bedroom off the living room but there was a fan which made it comfortable. Kitchen had cooking utensils, although wish it was stocked with spices/cooking oil, etc. Condo was on a side street so it was quiet, at one end of the street was all the action and the other end was the beach access so location was great. Parking was easy and close. I was concerned after reading some other reviews and having a baby that it might be inconvenient, but it was not. Parking was less than a block away, took 3-4 minutes to walk to parking lot. The beach was also a 5 minute or less walk and it was a pretty beach. Overall we loved our stay, we usually stay towards the end of Waikiki so this location was different but still really nice. The condo was also located within 10 minute walk to the food truck park which we ate at many times. Do wish they provided more paper towels as we ran out pretty early on in the trip but there is an ABC store downstairs and longs pharmacy down the block. Beach chairs and towels provided, plenty of toilet paper, and towels for bathing. The building is clean, no pool but beach is so close it did not bother us. Will definitely stay again.

The property was in a great location and the parking pass saved us quite a bit of stress and money. We enjoyed the ability to enjoy the fresh air via 2 patios and the laundry room was extremely convenient as it was just outside and to the right of the apartment. The property manager was very responsive to our needs and I would definitely book this property again.

We stayed at Regency at Beachwalk unit 71 for a week, two adults and three kids. The condo had everything we need (beach towels, beach chairs, laundary detergent, etc). Parking was a couple blocks away but included. Washer and dryer were next door to the unit and was $2.75 per load per machine. The location is awesome, close to great restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance. Property manager Paul was awesome. He was really responsive whenever there was a question or issue. My kids accidentally unplugged the WiFi setup and he was very responsive in getting it back up.

Our stay at the Regency on the Beachwalk was perfect! The place was comfortable for my family 4 and had beautiful views of Waikiki from our balcony as well as close to Kalakaua Avenue (where all the main shopping and restaurants are on Waikiki) as well as an easy block and half access to the beach. One convenience which we totally appreciated was the parking pass! Parking was just a block away and made it so smooth to be at our apartment and then hop in our car to see family or see the sights. We would definitely want to stay here again when we return - maybe for a 101st birthday next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great! It would use updating. Some complaints I have are the curtain in the guest bedroom had damage and was hanging down. The furniture was stained by prior guests. The balcony in the main bedroom was disappointing and wasn’t what I expected like the picture showed. I also didn't know what to do with the trash. Overall, I appreciated laundry being outside our room and being near great restaurants, hotels, and shopping. The main balcony was well used and had an amazing night view.

Location was so amazing. The condo check in process was easy. They even had beach toys, equipment to borrow that was on the patio. Street parking is non-existent but they have a parking pass in a lot that is only 1 block away. I would come back here. Bed was comfy too! We turned the twins into a kind bed and you couldn't even tell if was two separate beds. There was even some pots and pans to use. My mom's only complaint was there wasn't a sharp-sharp knife available to cut up her fruits that we bought.
