This condo is located on the 14th floor of the Ilikai Hotel. Enjoy stunning sunsets from your private lanai. This beautiful condo has fresh paint, new drapery, split AC & it desirable by many travelers as it has a full, direct and unobstructed ocean views, overlooking the Ala Wai Yacht harbor and Pacific Ocean. The kitchen is open, spacious, and well stocked to provide you the comforts of home while traveling. You'll never forget the amazing ocean views you'll see when preparing meals from the kitchen.

Construction Notice: Exterior spall repair and painting work is currently scheduled from 4/6/2026 - 4/20/2026. During this time, the lanai will be locked and not accessible to guests. For your safety, please do not attempt to use the lanai at any time. You may also hear construction noise during work hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note that these dates may change & we recommend you reach out to us for any updates on the schedule. The project is expected to be completed in January 2027

AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

BUILDING AMENITIES
There are 2 pools, a swimming pool on the lobby level and a lounge pool on the 2nd floor. Self-service card operated laundry facilities are available on each floor. The property has 24/7 Security. Valet parking is available for $45/day *rates subject to change

Owners unfortunately have no control over the outside work and noise. The work hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM, no weekends or holidays. We feel most guests will feel little to no impact on construction as many travelers are out exploring the island, enjoying the beaches, shopping or partaking in other activities on Oahu during these hours. I like this property very much. It was clean and had a good location in the building. It had lots of sun, which I like. The only negative is that the elevators are sometimes a little full, which is no reflection on the unit.

No drawers!

Location perfect, view great, people pleasant. BUT, there are no drawers for clothes (every intimate item on countertop display), shower water pressure powerful but no way to regulate, shower curtain blows in to cling to body, used towels to keep water off slippy floor, oven there but doesn't work, the only fry pan was small. Could have been perfect but missed the mark!

Ilikia Stay in Oahu

The condo is a bit dated, but in a great area. Communications with the proporty manager were great. I do have a couple issues I want to air out. First, when you pay a cleaning deposit/fee, you expect things clean. Most of the dishes weren't very clean. Most were rinsed and just put in the cabniet. The blender was disgusting and broken. They did replace it, thanks. The shower needs attention. I dont think they have cleaned it out in some time. The glass is super cloudly. Overall, its a ok value. Location is great with parking just next door. One big issue with the Ilikia, was the elevators didn't work some times. They have 5 elevators and most the time 3 were out of service & 7 people limit. Also, on the last night of our stay, the hotel didnt some deep cleaning maintance in the back room were the trash and service elevator are located. They started cleaning the floors around 11pm and didnt stop on our floor for about 2 hours. This condo's back wall is the same wall that shares this room. It was quite annoying and I did go out and complain to this crew we were sleeping and had to get up at 4am to head to the airport. They were rude and said they had to do thier job ! If you decided to stay at this location, get a condo away from the elevator service area. We didnt really use any kitchen stuff other than the coffe pot, which we cleaned out. The part were you put the coffee filter in was very dirty. I suggest the prop manager follow up on housekeeping before the next guest.

FAMILY FUN!

Impressive entrance and grounds to this hi-rise condo building. Gorgeous view of the ocean, pools, lagoon, and harbor. Easy beach access. Fri night fireworks were set off literally in front of us. The unit is exactly as described and photo’d. My son and partner shared this studio condo- perfect for them! This condo’s mgmt team has their office on the first floor- hard-working, service oriented, VERY responsive! (SABRINA dropped everything and went back up w/me and helped so I could look for my sunglasses after we’d checked out. She also was as responsive the day before checking to see if we could have a late check-out.) I wish the larger unit we also had was managed by this company. There was a large additional fee by the other company this team did NOT tack on! Checking in & out was a breeze- easiest I’ve had with any VRBO. I would highly recommend.

Good Place & Great View!

The property was perfect for my husband & I to stay in on vacation. The view is beautiful. The room is VERY clean and comfortable. The only complaint (which is minor) is the shower was a little uncomfortable/odd. The shower head was so powerful it almost hurt and the shower curtain would stick to you. Otherwise a great place. The host was great to work with and very responsive. Would stay here again.

The lanai was excellent. Once we found the remote for the AC it worked well. But the bed hurt my back. The couch is old and difficult to get up from. The shower curtain blew in and stuck to my body. It really needs a shower door. It might be fine for a younger couple but we moved to another unit in the hotel.

ILLIKAI Hotel has a very nice new restaurant and also a few casual places to grab a bite..also walking distance to several locations..HAD a GREAT TIME..take a sunset cruise you will love it..We used a great charter just up the block at the Marina..

Ilikai Hotel, Yacht Harbour & Ocean view

This apartment was perfect for our visit to Waikiki. It is in a quieter part of the resort which suited us. It is about a 20 minute walk into the centre either along the beach or through the park. It is close to the beaches of Magic island and Ala Moana beach beyond, which were less crowded than the main beach. It is also right next to the Hilton lagoon. You have access to both the hotel pools as well as the restaurants, bars and shops. There is parking in the marina for $1 per hour which is really cheap and very convenient. We never had a problem finding a space. Apartment is a good size, great views, nice size balcony, ice cold air con, quality furnishings, comfy bed, clean and has everything you need. Only minor complaint is that there is only a microwave oven. The main oven has been decommissioned so no cooking your own pizza or roasting a chicken.

The place for sunsets

Excellent condo. The view is of the ocean and marina. And we watched the sunset each night on our balcony. We liked this place very much. Pesca the restaurant on the top floor is fabulous with fish and superior service.
