Great stay for our vacation!!

Great all day terrace

I spent a lot of time working on the balcony because it perfectly avoids direct sun. Nice view of harbor and city. Thoughtfully appointed with comfortable bed. Will come back!

Nice place close to everything!

We were worried about parking but it was quite easy to find parking! Close to shopping and Waikīkī.

Comfortable stay in fantastic location!

Property was exactly as listed, very clean with all the amenities you need for a short or extended stay! Proximity to the mall, beach, grocers was super convenient and enjoyed the hotel gym/pool access! Amazing communication and response times! Will definitely be staying again!

What a Great Vacation Stay at Ala Moana

The Room Was Absolutely Perfect In Every Way!!! Our room came with Ocean View from my balcony which was breath taking. The room is very beautiful and clean. Check in and check out was quick and easy. I would definitely book my stay here again and highly recommend it !!!! Thank You Hawaii Lei Reality for a memorable experience.

Nice room but read the TOS

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I arrived to the property a day early and was to leave the property a day early as well. The company would not refund me for the day I wouldn't be staying there and wouldnt let me check-in "early" (I booked a night with the hotel normally, then tried to check in on the morning of my actual check-in date). Now I'm down way more than intended because I had to pay for two nights that I wasn't in the room.The room was nice (save for the bathroom), and I like that they provided plates and cups.

Convenience, and more convenience

This property was extremely pleasant with location and cleanliness, the greatest factor that contributed to our stay being the convenient location in the heart of Ala Moana. An aspect which could be improved upon would be the thickness of the walls as they are quite thin and is easy to hear noises from the hotel. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Pool

The stay was good. The pool closing at 7pm was not good. I was unable to enjoy the pool due to already being sunburnt and it was outside with no shade. I wanted to go in the evening time to relax but the pool was closed.

The property needs renovation. The bathroom door was broken my husband got lock in the bathroom for almost one hour. The management is suck, no quick response. But the location is very good. You can cross to Ala Moana shopping mall through the bridge from second floor. And VRBO/Expedia was not helping either. Next time just book directly to the hotel you want

Towels

You need to make sure you have grown up people towels. We stayed there for 8 days. We are grow adults using little kids towels for 8 days. So, we bought up some grown up towels. I get it here is a laundry room now ever use kids towels sucked.

Anniversary Stay

I live on the island but my boyfriend doesn’t. He came to visit me on our anniversary so we decided to go all out and get a nice hotel. It was a SUPER easy process, no issues at all. I will admit I was a bit worried there would be. We got to the room fine, and the view was beautiful! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was pretty nice too. Nice, easy checkout process as well. No complaints. It was a great stay!

Central location

This was my husband and mine’s first visit to Hawaii, and was absolutely the perfect spot to stay. Just 5 minutes or so, depending on traffic, from the pier where many of the adventures dock. We did the glass bottom boat, parasailing, turtle snorkeling, and sunset dinner boat ride. All were right there! We were pleasantly surprised! The hotel was very nice, breakfast restaurant on-site, a very nice bar with amazing food! And the mall attached! The beach and many other sites were very close as well! We were happy not to have to drive too far and worry about getting lost! Pearl Harbor was just 10-15 minutes drive as well. We would definitely return! Thank you for your hospitality and amazing communication.

Dirty water all over the entry. Sheets smelled sour. Air conditioning would not work correctly. Couldn’t adjust. Coffee maker didn’t work. Advertise kitchenette but nothing but a microwave and mini fridge like all other hotel room

Family Reunion

I was in Hawaii for a family reunion, so my needs were not that of a tourist. The properly was conveniently located and had convent access to shopping for things that I wanted to bring back home to the Midwest. The unit was clean and was more than adequate for what I needed. The lighting in the bathroom over the sink could be brighter and a lounge type chair would have been preferred. Not sure why two chairs were provided without a table. I opted to use the optional parking in the building and found access to be convenient. I only used the Starbucks in the lobby and found that there was adequate amount of seating for all guests. I had no issues with the unit so a call to the property manager was not required. Will definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not a good experience. Arrived to a freezing cold room. AC was not able to control. Large puddles of dirty water covered the entry way. No response to my phone calls right away so had to clean it up myself. Sheets smaller like mildew. Advertised a kitchenette but was just a microwave and mini fridge like all hotel rooms.
