Clean condo with beautiful views!

Went on a family vacation/business trip and stayed here for a week. The location was ideal staying in Waikiki with our young family. Beautiful view of Diamond head in the morning with the rising sun wake up call through the windows. Would stay here again!

Extended Waikiki Stay

We have been to Hawaii numerous times. On this passion we decided on an extended stay and chose this property. The property was exactly as described and pictured. Excellent view of the Diamond Head side of the island. Very quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Very Convenient

My apartment was simple and clean. The location at Kapiolani Park end of Waikiki was convenient and not as congested as someplace more central in Waikiki. Access to snacks, drink, and other amenities as well as laundry was on site and more than adequate. I’m a “no frills” kind of person and this was perfect.

Nice condo

Very nice updated condo. Waikiki Banyan is where we always stay when we come to Oahu. This was our first time in this unit. It was very clean, had a lot things you needed for cooking. My only complaint was the bed frame was breaking down and not sturdy. We had to fix it two times during our stay. Convenience of free parking and wifi with this unit. Highly recommend staying here.

Week in Waikiki

The unit is located close to the beach, lots of restaurants, and entertainment. Bus stop is on the corner. Free parking is a huge perk. Nice partial view of the ocean and Diamond Head. The beds and sofa were comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The kitchen has all the basic utensils and cookware. Coffee maker works but is slow so get that started early in the morning if you are coffee drinkers! Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos. Bathroom storage is great - plenty of drawers and a wall cabinet. The unit could use more hooks for towels, jackets, etc. Be aware that the elevators can be a challenge as they get very busy during certain times of the day so it might take 10-15 minutes longer to go up or down. This is a no-shoes unit which is totally normal however, the floor was dirty so we used the Swiffer mop to take care of that. Other than that the unit was clean and tidy and we had a very nice stay.

Love the Updates!

Everything looked crisp, new and was very comfortable. Beds were great, kitchen had everything we needed to cook from home. We can’t wait to come back! The location continues to be a selling feature for us; highly, highly recommend.

Nice condo in Waikiki

Fabulous time.

Location was great, only about 3 blocks from the ocean. Condo nicely remodeled, with balcony, having my morning coffee, and cool evenings enjoying our ice cream, and banana spilt, as well as pineapple smoothie. Very clean surroundings inside and outside. Would definitely come back.

Quick getaway

Great condo! Well stocked kitchen and so close to everything. Parking was a breeze. We had one issue and the management company was quick to resolve if. Will definitely stay here again

Great stay close to the beach in quiet cozy room

Our family enjoyed the layout of the room with kitchen, living room, and bedroom in an open concept. The kitchen and beds seem fairly new, but the balcony chairs could be upgraded as they seemed worn down a lot. We appreciated the extras in the room when we arrived, such as dish soap and shampoo samples to use as needed. We felt very welcome with check ins from the manager during our arrival. We were very disappointed about the pool deck being renovated during our stay but we made the best of it with more walks to the beach. Overall we had a great time in Honolulu at this vrbo rental:)

It was nice

Only thing bad I would say was that upon our arrival the room was very hot (I would suggest after they clean to turn up air). All elevators had No air conditioner so it’s very hot. Also none of the hallways leading to rooms has air so during the day it’s hot just walking from hall and into elevators.

A good location but in need of some serious renovations

Pros: this condo is in a great location only a few blocks from the Waikiki beach front Cons: the condition of this condo was quite shocking upon arrival. I would recommend lowering your expectations if you expect the condo to match the photos from the listing. The furniture and unit overall are very worn, there are some pretty gross stains in the kitchen and the bathroom was much less than ideal. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable stay in Oahu this is not the place for you. However, if you're just looking for a basic place to sleep that's close to the beach it might be okay.

Good Location But In Desperate Need of Renovations

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: The location of this unit was great - just a short walk from the Waikiki beach front. Communication was good and responses were helpful. Cons: We were quite shocked upon arrival at the condition of this unit. I'm not sure why the unit has so many positive reviews but this was not our experience. The unit is much older than it looks in the photos, the furniture is very used and there are some pretty nasty stains. Overall, we would not stay here again. If you're looking for a comfortable clean place to stay in Oahu this is likely not the place for you. However, if you're just looking for a basic place to sleep that's close to the beach then it might be okay.

Our family stay back in Hawaii was made better with this well kept, updated, clean unit in Waikiki Banyan. The unit is conveniently located in Waikiki with dining, shopping and the beach nearby. The kitchen is well appointed for home cooked meals away from home. We will definitely be booking this unit again during our next visit.
