Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
This room was not as described in the pictures when picking this room out. It was not fit for 3 people, the couch was uncomfortable and cause back pain. There were light bulbs that were out and paint chips thought the entirety of the room, including the bathtub. On the walls, the electrical outlets were shown without a cover, exposing the hole in the wall which is an extreme safety hazard. We also could not utilize the outside seating due to the chair being ripped causing the inability to use it. If this were a room I booked with the hotel itself, I would have canceled my stay and went elsewhere. Due to me already paying, I stayed. Otherwise, due to my family and I being unsatisfied and uncomfortable, I would have chosen elsewhere in a regular situation.
