Resort Style with Hula Show, Fireworks and even Tiki Torches!

The Ilikai is the first hotel-resort condominium developed in Hawaii and is one of the original landmarks of Waikiki. It is best known for being featured in the Hawaii 50 TV series and is loved by tourist and locals alike. Conveniently located in Waikiki next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village, it is steps away from the beach and a beautiful swimming lagoon. While not technically "on the beach" there are no streets to cross and it is literally just a 3 min walk after leaving the open air lobby to walk down a beautifully designed walkway which will lead you to the beach.

The lobby level amenities include a spa, hair salon, concierge, bell desk, restaurants, coffee shop, convenience store and resort retailers. There are also 2 pools including a swimming pool and a lounging pool. Valet parking is available 24/7. There are over 14,000 square feet of landscape yard and patios. 24 hour security.

The condo has been completely redecorated, freshly painted, mostly new furniture including a high end King size bed. Great view from the lanai (and from the bed!) of the lagoon and ocean. It has a fully equipped kitchen but if you prefer not to cook there are plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from ranging from local fair to international favorites like Indian or Japanese.

It's the perfect place for a Waikiki stay.

The view of the Friday night fireworks from our room was absolutely incredible and ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. The pools were nice and warm, and it was great having such easy access to both the beach and the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon just a short walk from the lobby. The location is very convenient, with a quick walk to Ala Moana and the rest of Waikiki, but it still feels a little bit removed from the busiest part of the strip, which we really appreciated.Having shops and places to grab snacks and coffee right in the lobby was a big plus for our family and made everything easier. The room itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen setup, and worked perfectly as our home base while we explored Honolulu. Overall, highly recommend staying here and would definitely book the Ilikai again.

Christy is the consummate Hawaiian host who exudes the Aloha spirit from making the reservation, through timely answering of my many questions, and in the personal care she takes with the detailed appointments of the unit. Amazing! Me and my husband stayed here for 8 days, and everything was perfect. The location was superb, the apartment was really nice and clean, the view from the spacious balcony was really pretty. And parking was no problem, lots of options near by. Cathy had made everything very easy for us. All instructions were spot on. The beautiful walk to the city center took us about 20 minutes. If you are in doubt wether to book or not, don’t hesitate; hit «book» as fast as you can!

Amazing Property!

Our family absolutely loved this property! Very clean and perfectly located to beach, shopping, restaurants. I miss the morning coffee on the lanai with the beautiful view. Christy was the best to deal with, very prompt communication. For two of us, the condo was the perfect size. Very clean, fully equipped. The Friday night fireworks were exciting, such a close view from the lanai. Thanks Christy for a great stay.
