Conveniently located one block from Waikiki Beach, this NON-SMOKING, one bedroom unit is close to a variety of activities including the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Surfing and other water activities. The lobby offers a coffee shop, convenience store, and beautiful local art. Located on each floor are laundry facilities.
Located on the 9th floor in Tower 1, this unit features granite counter tops in a full sized kitchen including dishwasher. This unit has a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Enjoy morning coffee on the lanai with both partial ocean and mountain views. Included in the unit is a flat screen television in the living area, and FREE Wi-Fi internet. Included in your reservation is FREE PARKING worth $50 per day! Parking garage height limit is 6 feet. High profile vehicles will not be able to enter garage due to height limit.
Check in time is 4pm, checkout time is 11am. Early check in or late check out may be available and must be inquired about at time of reservation.

***Parking garage limit is 6ft. Cars with a height greater than 6ft will not be allowed to enter garage.

We had a wonderful stay and can’t say enough great things about this condo or the host. The condo itself is perfect — great location, very comfortable bed, full kitchen, and laundry conveniently located just down the hall. The balcony was one of our favorite spots to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning, and we loved keeping the windows open during the day with the fresh air and then using the air at night for comfortable sleeping.Free parking was a huge bonus, especially since parking in the area can easily run 50 per day if you’re not staying on-site. The beach is an easy walk, which made everything so convenient.Any needs or questions we had were responded to quickly and kindly. The host was truly wonderful and made us feel very well taken care of. The pool area is currently under renovation, but you can already tell it’s going to be beautiful once completed.This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family without hesitation.

Property was clean and conveniently located. It was a bit worn and sparse. Limited plates and glasses. The AC was a single window unit. With overheads fans, was reasonably comfortable. Free parking and beach gear was a plus. Plenty of towels. Not enough coffee and toilet paper for a four night stay. Manager responded promptly when contacted.

Monique was wonderful at replying quickly. She was very responsive. Hassle free check-in which we loved. The furniture is a little bit dated. The bed/mattress is comfortable. The one small issue we had is that the water pressure is terrible in the bathroom.The faucets are really old and when you turn on the shower water it also comes out of the bath faucet.Excellent location we never had any issues with loud noises. The parking was awesome and very helpful.They had a fan located on the dresser drawer, which was nice. Checking out was a very easy process as well. We would recommend this condo.

Good location.

Overall, this was a good location and with parking it made for a great time while in the area. The only issue, and this is not the fault of the renter, is the elevator and if all units were in operation. Too often, either the cars were completely full or there was only 1 elevator working. So, we adjusted to avoid busy times in the morning and around dinner time. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Ken's Stay at Waikiki Banyan

The room itself was great as well as the host. The building's location makes if very convenient to the beach and shops. Unfortunately, the building elevators get a zero rating. The wait times were long and in several cases, the elevator did not stop on our floor. Because we were on the 9th floor, we utilized the fire stairs instead of the elevator whenever possible. Downtown Waikiki is very loud day and night and that limited our use of the balcony and keeping the sliding window open.
