I wanted to raise several issues we experienced during our stay, as they significantly impacted the quality of what we paid for.
For the first four days, the elevator was out of service. We were staying on the 9th floor, and I was there with a disabled person, which made this situation especially difficult and unacceptable. Additionally, the hot water did not work for two days, and there was a power outage during one of the days as well. These are basic expectations for any hotel stay, and not having them available made the experience frustrating.
We also noticed that some of the listed amenities were either unavailable or not provided. The DVD dispenser, which is advertised as an amenity, was out of service the entire time. On top of that, the complimentary water bottles that are supposed to be included were never provided to us.
It was also clear that many other guests were upset during this time, as these issues affected more than just our stay.
Overall, these problems made the experience fall far below what was advertised and expected. These are not minor inconveniences—these are essential services and amenities that were paid for, including a working elevator, reliable electricity, and access to hot water, none of which were consistently provided during our stay. I would appreciate you addressing this and letting me know how you plan to make this right.
