My room was absolutely infested with cockroaches. I killed one and gave it to the receptionist in the morning. The place was filthy, run down and just generally unpleasant. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. And the noise from other drunk residents at stupid o'clock in the morning was absolutely ridiculous.

perfect hotel to save money while still having a decently nice room and clean bled to sleep in. Staff are nice and respectful, and the hotel is in the perfect spot. Abc store directly across the street with a breakfast cafe next to it and a cvs that’s open 24 hours. tons of dining in super close proximity. stayed here before and i’d stay here again

Two words: NO PARKING! Also NO soap in the room, thankless front staff when they knew i was leaving early, no question as to why & also seemingly having a problem with my reservation! I will ensure to let others, as many as i can, to avoid this hotel, making sure that my worst enemy knows so that i do not have to endure his/her wrathe

I had bites on my lower body after falling asleep on the bed in first room & second room offered smelt musty the third room was adequate . The cafe however was quite good value

The shower, while taking a shower it fills up with water. It has a kitchen but no dishes or pots and pans to cook. Also, bring extra money because online it doesnt metion avout deposit and other fee you have to pay.

They have no carts to help load your items to your room. Was told it was a 1 bedroom but the partition doesn’t even close. Bedding looked like they weren’t changed. Table was uneven and my son got hurt from it. Showered after 12am and had no hot water. Shower curtain does not fit the whole tub it’s to short. It’s also only a knob there’s no deadbolt to make it feel safe. The blinds gave us a hard time to close. The only good thing in my option is there was an ice machine that you had to use by a certain time and it was a bed and a shower for my kids.

The room was extremely dirty. I could not even spend one night there. They did not give me full refund even though I didn’t use the room. I would not have left if the bathroom would have been cleaned. It was so dirty I could not even imagine using it.

Hospitality was phenomenal and the location was perfect for us. Great place to relax, unwind, and enjoy beautiful Hawaii. Would definitely recommend this to anyone on a budget. Safe and conveniently located. Had to take rides with Lyft for further places. Mahalo to all that were part of our amazing dream vacation.

Hard to find. No parking (only 5 spots for about 40 ish rooms) Staff was not very friendly when called in for directions and parking directions. Very “vintage”, in need of upgrades. Pictures are a bit deceiving. All parking structures $40 per day. Not walking distance.

The room was clean and very basic. We felt like the carpet was old as it had a oder. No food on site. Units are close together so expect it to be noisy. Ok for a cheap quick stop.
