「A very handy and comfortable house. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It had everything we needed in a nice neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again.」

「Very clean interior.」

「We were very appreciative of being able to check in a little early. However, the check-in instructions and information could have been much clearer. We rented the full 3-bedroom house, but each bedroom had a digital lock requiring a code. We were not given all of the codes initially and had to ask for them, then follow up again for the third room. 「Looking for a place on water this rental is the perfect location 」

「Gil and Henry were phenomenal hosts! They did an AMAZING job with this property. They communicated earlier than any host I’ve seen, and they were quick to respond. They were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. The property location is perfect, we got anywhere we wanted in 5 minutes or less. Bonus points, we got to meet the coolest Frenchy puppy ever! We come up here yearly and will probably look to only rent from Gil and Henry moving forward.」

「Wish you could control the weather!」

「Perfect for our needs. Back yard was great. 」

The laundry room and washer/dryer were also very convenient. Having a kitchen is great. There is no dish washer - but it was ok. I was nervous about the one bathroom - but it worked out.The house is a...
