“I checked in as the recent fire raged a block away. Power had been cut in the surrounding area so any formal check-in could not be accomplished. The staff merely handed me a room key and requested I stop by the desk after power was restored, and at my convenience. My formal check-in was completed hours later. As always, my room was clean, the shower is fantastic, and the hospitality is kind & pleasant.”
