"We loved this cabin for a long holiday weekend away from the kids. The cabin is so nice! It is super comfortable, has everything you could need plus some lovely touches like fresh wild flowers. The location is so close to the resorts but far enough away to have peace & quiet and enjoy nature. Our dog loved exploring the property as well! We enjoyed exploring the resorts, lots of dinner options. Also found some good local spots like Nila's for breakfast and we went to Marengo Caves (best cave I've been to yet!). There were others staying upstairs during our stay, we barely saw or heard anyone else. Very peaceful. Thank you so much for our stay, we hope to return!"

"Air conditioner had a hard time keeping up with the high temps. Was better after the first night. Not sure if cleaners turned way down but the temp was 90 when checked in."

"Tim was an excellent host and seems to enjoy being a host to others. The property is on the end of a dead end road which limits people going by the property. I was a little sad that patoka lake was not visible from the property. You are able to access Patoka Lake's hiking area within 30 minutes. Marengo Cave is an amazing tour, better than Indiana Caverns! Burton's Farmhouse was the best food I had while staying here. Finn's by Patoka Lake was the worst food. Maybe just don't get breadsticks or a sub there! Overall this was a great place to stay and explore southern Indiana and the Patoka Lake area!"
