The room and all facilities were clean. Staff was excellent food and drinks were very good. Very quiet and relaxing. The pool water was warm, and Harbour View is beautiful! We each highly recommend it!

Staff were very friendly, food was delicious and cocktails were tasty as well. My room had a balcony that overlooked the pool and marina, it was a beautiful view. I only stayed one night but overall very happy from the minute I entered the lobby to leaving.

The people here were so nice and helpful. Room was very clean fresh towels every day. Very convenient to walk outside and eat meals in an open air restaurant right outside our room. The general manager, Aaron was great renting one of his boats to see some of the other islands. Laid-back atmosphere not crowded great weather.

This stay was not worth $600+ a night, at all. Just meh, average. Most of the staff tried really hard (particularly my housekeeping person, she was lovely, dealing with a room issue), but there was zero wow factor. Room was very average, nothing special at all. A $200 room, not even close to $600 + all the taxes/fees. Even if “busy season”. For the price I paid I expected a bit of wow / “niiice” factor, there was none of that. I actually feel taken advantage of, for what I paid for this booking experience. And expect a lot of loud Americans.

We had a fantastic trip, the hotel was very convenient. The staff was amazing and the shuttle wasn’t difficult to plan around. They make it very accommodating for whatever you may have going on. Will definitely be back!

Excellent location with good views of the harbour and lighthouse. Frequent courtesy ferry to and from the the town side of the harbour. The pool by the bar was lively. A quieter "adult" pool 100m away was pleasant for a refreshing dip and relaxation although this pool needed some maintenance as there were several loose paving slabs around the edge of the pool. There gardens had a tropical feel about them and were very well maintained. The lighthouse was a short 10 minute walk away. The hotel was a bit expensive but a good place for a relaxing break and with easy access to the historic Hope Town.
