Very Cute Place

We enjoyed everything about the house. The location was great, very clean, and plenty of deck area. The caretaker and owners were top notch and we look forward to staying there again.

Beautiful Time

This property was perfect for my family. The location is approximately 3 miles south of Hopetown Marina/harbor and having a golf cart is really ideal when arriving. Property set up was also amazing. Three bedrooms, spacious living quarters, and beautiful outdoors. The concierge was very property in providing anything we needed. I would highly recommend to anyone staying.

This is our second time to Elbow and our first time at Catch A Wave. The house was absolutely perfect! We loved everything about it! The ocean views are amazing! We will definitely be back and staying here again soon!

Beautiful Bahamian Beach house

The house is spotless ,very comfortable, and lovely Bahamian decor make it a delightful charming home . Everything you could possibly need is there and in good working order . The outside deck areas are massive with a lot of pretty seating in several cozy areas. An early morning coffee watching the sunrise over the ocean, followed by a dip in the pool is the only way to start the day. We stayed for 18 days. I already booked next year for a month !! Week Vacation in Elbow

My family of 5 stayed in the house for 7 nights. The property is great and very typical of an Elbow Cay rental. It is laid back and a perfect location near Sea Spray, Abaco Inn and Tahiti beach... walking distance to all of them. Caretaker was awesome and helped us with the water and coordinating golf cart return etc. There is no washer dryer for use by the tenants which is important to know if you are staying for a longer duration.

Paradise Found

First time staying at Catch A Wave but not the last. The house was perfect and the outdoor area did not disappoint! Thank you to Hermanette & Jack the caretakers as well, were at the dock upon our arrival, rented us a golf cart for the week, even suggested Captain Mike for a charter boat experience, exploring the other surrounding islands. We would highly recommend this property.

Great house, great location, great time!

My husband and I took our sons and their wives. The house was perfect for 3 couples. The caretaker, Jack, took great care of us when needed. The house is a short walk to Sea Spray Marina where we kept a small rented boat. There is also a great Tiki bar, food truck and corn hole at the Marina. The owners answered all of my questions quickly. We had THE BEST time on this trip!!!

Great to be back!

We returned to Hope Town after a five year hiatus due to the hurricane and pandemic. It was great to see how well the island has bounced back and so many of the familiar friendly faces. An ideal vacation for us with surprise pool toys/games/etc at the property for our kids and close proximity to Tahiti Beach which is their absolute favorite place in the world. Owner (Jane) was so helpful and available whenever needed, and Caretaker (Jack) was awesome as well, but other than that we were happily left to a peaceful family vacation on our own which was exactly what we were looking for. We'll be back!

Family Vacation

My family had a fun filled 9 days on Elbow Cay staying in Catch A Wave from 8/22 - 8/31. Even though it was the start of off season (which we didn't realize) and some of the restaurants/shops were closed we still did a lot. We rented a boat from Conch Pearl Boats (MOW), explored the other cays, fished, spear fished, snorkeled, bar/restaurant hopped, climbed the lighthouse, went to Tahiti beach, etc. Our family consisted of 6 adults, my husband, our two adult "kids", and their significant others and Catch A Wave was comfortable and very spacious giving everyone their own space when needed but also had plenty of spaces inside and outside to come together and just hang out and relax. I will miss waking up and having my coffee on the deck every morning listening to the waves and feeling the breeze. Jack (the caretaker) was always there whenever we needed anything, he and his wife are a big asset to Catch A Wave. We will be back...

Just what we needed!

Catch A Wave was exactly what we needed. The extra side room was perfect for setting up our pack and play for my grandson. The house had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor seating area was great. The house was also within walking distance to Sea Spray and White Sound, where we kept our boat. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is very nice.It is in need of painting to freshen up a bit.The pool area is great but they need a new pool net to keep the pool clean. The care Takers are great and very accommodating! We enjoyed our stay and the house. Great location to Tahiti beach and the marina.

Perfect house and location

Our family of 6 and 9 month old baby had plenty of room - a great floor plan for privacy. The pool and outdoor space gives plenty of different activities.
