“Great service throughout my stay and immediately from booking. The staff were extremely helpful and exceeded my needs. They were polite, with great communication skills. I had a nice, clean room with my own bathroom, and a pleasant, quiet stay.”

“Great hotel, lovely staff, clean and comfy room, reasonably priced. The only downside is you can hear everything in your room so bring ear plugs if you don’t want to be woken up by someone in the next room having a piss in the middle of the night. ”

“2 girls outside our room being loud at 11pm was not very respectful and after a long day we just wanted to sleep. Luckily enough they moved on after a few minutes of hearing a door open. Room was big with decent amenities. Parking was good but don’t think having to pay £2.50 was necessary. There’s a restaurant onsite but don’t offer a proper breakfast which was disappointing. The tuna breakfast toasty was ok but not something you normally eat then. The bathroom needed a good clean. Unfortunately……

“Hotel didn’t look anything like the photos shown!! 1st room was greeted in the bed with ants! To be told at reception they would “upgrade” me!! Upgraded room was no better! Shower seal was green! Splats all over the carpet! Everything about it was awful!! ”

“Shower & toilet / basin room was clean.Shower was excellent. Towels provided. Very basic no frills but was perfect for my needs. Tea / coffee making facilities, tv , microwave & fridge all provided. Carpet & mattress could do with updating. Was quiet & had a good nights sleep. ”

“The room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable, although the room was small, and if you ended up stuck inside, you’d quickly become claustrophobic. Likewise, the picture used to advertise the hotel is not a picture of any public or restaurant space in the hotel building, but a picture of the pub/restaurant 150 feet away. There is no public space you can hang out in within the hotel building. The price could not be beat, however. The fan for the bathroom was totally ineffective and……

“Customer service: not great, they gave me key which did not work and had to come down to activate (i think it was not activated) and toilet, poor(clogged up) and duvet, was thin ( i think they forget to change as it was freezing minus) Overall, not happy. ”
