“Facility is average. The rooms are nice. The kitchen was dated. The miniature golf, fire pit and ping pong tables were operable. The outside pool was not. The basketball court did not have a ball and the tennis court did not have rackets or balls. The grounds are nicely maintained. The indoor pool was not heated even though it should have been. “The home is clean and cozy and as advertised in a rural area but only 15 to 20 min from Richmond and tons of activities. Several wineries are much closer, grocery store 5 min away. What stood out the most to me though was the host! You will never find a more generous, gracious, accommodating host. Great with communication too. Overall a lovely experience”

“The location was excellent as it was central to a lot of places. Raymond was very quick to respond whenever I reached out. Accessing the house was easy.
