Helen was a delight to chat to and was very accommodating. The farm animals and wildlife were just the icing on the cake. It is obvious there has been a lot of thought, care and love put in to the experience."

"Beautifully equipped comfortable holiday cottage situated a few minutes’ walk from the sea. Generous provision of everything needed for a relaxing time away. As advertised, it would be ideal for visitors with a disability and for people with a pet. We used it as a jumping off point to explore the Great Ocean Road and the Otways. Apollo Bay was good for eating out and shopping. A peaceful haven. Thanks to our invisible host Tanja."

"The cottage is a beautiful design and full of essential home comforts. The bed was really comfy and the fire in the evening was lovely, set ready for us. We were a bit surprised how far we were from the beach as for some reason we thought it was a quick easy walk. Worth noting there are two steps from the living to the kitchen area which may be tricky for some people."

"Mark and Roz’s gorgeous property was a perfect place to spend a few relaxing days. The cabin was built of lovely local woods, with huge windows framing the beautiful views of gardens and farmlands. Comfortable beds and bath, nicely furnished, light and cheerful. Lots of back roads to explore and several good meals at the Perch. Couldn’t have been nicer!"

"Equipment - TVs, disc players drastically need updating. For the rates charged the present arrangements are simply not good enough, especially as the site is so isolated. Instructions to operate the spa in the studio would be a good idea - we never did solve that one! It would be good if the spa jets in Bedroom 1 worked!!! A fridge needs to be located in the kitchen. I found it annoying to have to trek to the utility area whilst cooking. Management needs to advise guests of the isolation...
