"We highly recommend Mike and Mindy's spacious 2 bedroom property. They had the most thorough instructional manual we've ever seen, and additionally had clearly labeled drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom making it easy to find whatever we needed. We met the delightful Mindy out on her spacious grounds with her incredible dogs, and enjoyed our morning coffee on the covered back porch looking out at the trees and distant hills. Would definitely return!"

"Our family had an amazing time staying here. We went hiking in Lithia Park, shopped in downtown Ashland, and saw plays. We were able to have a Passover Seder thanks to the well equipped kitchen and dining area. We had seven family members sleepover, and everybody slept Beautifully. The house has fun artwork and decorations and many pieces of furniture for storage. Next time we bring swimsuits to enjoy the hot tub."

"This cute, well thought out, clean, cottage was perfect. All the bases were covered by the owners. Lovely garden too. We never used our car while exploring Ashland; everything was within walking distance (theater, Safeway, tons of restaurants and shops, SOU). I would highly recommend this property!"

"The Madrone House is a special place, set in the quiet and picturesque hills just outside Ashland. Our hosts had a fire built in the wood stove when we arrived and gave us gift bottles of lavender oil from the lavender farm on their extensive property. We definitely hope to stay there again!"

We kept tripping. It should be replaced before someone falls and gets hurt. Otherwise great place to stay. We would stay again."

"clean and comfy bed. Overall, nice. BUT front door lock and instructions not good. The numbers on the lock are invisible. there is no obvious "home" button to push. None of which is mentioned in the instructions. Also, the sign on the top of the fridge needs attention. The headline is "Before you leave" with no hint that tenants should read it upon arrival to see the internet instructions. There is no book of further information as claimed."

"The house was in a great location, once we arrived we didn't have to access our car for anything (even groceries) until we were ready to drive home! All the rooms were big, the kitchen had everything you might need."

"The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The place easily accommodated the four of us (all women over 70). It was an easy walk to the plaza area where there are nice interesting shops, restaurants and theaters.Only gripe (and it is a minor one) is there is a corner of one of the throw rugs that curls up slightly and we were constantly catching our feet on it."
