「I was not informed that the property was being renovated when I booked. The water was turned off from 1 to 5 daily. The parking lot was full of storage containers for the renovation leaving little room for the guests to park. Had I known about the renovation I would not have booked. I firmly believe I should receive a discount for my stay ;」

「The hotel was very new and clean. Full size kitchen and fridge! Ample parking. Bed was good. Every thing seemed great. However, it didn't include breakfast. But the part that didn't work out for me was the internet connectivity. I don't know whether internet was bad for the whole building or not. I stayed in the higher level and it was like no internet at all. If you need to work while staying in the hotel, this hotel may not work out for you.」

「I booked my trip through Expedia, but when I arrived at the property, there was an issue confirming that my reservation had already been paid. During this interaction, the front desk clerk was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, making an already frustrating situation even worse. 「The location has alot of potential, clean, helpful staff. But half the doors aren't sealed, the insulation and sound-proofing are sub-par, the AC units struggled to cool the room during the summer, they didn't have the room I'd reserved available forcing us into a smaller room for the same price. Additionally the Ice machine wasn't working, and there was no breakfast layout, just a few things that I had to ask an employee to get from their break room and kitchen (some muffins in plastic bags...

「I went to Raleigh for a family event and stayed at Tru. The hotel was beautiful. Continental breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing! I'll definitely stay again」

「The room was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the amphitheater and is easy to access. Breakfast was good. Because the hotel is close to the road, the room was a bit noisy, but white noise helped minimize the disturbance. The bed was very soft and sat low to the ground. We would have preferred a firmer mattress. We had reserved a king room but were given a room with a queen bed and a daybed instead. Overall a good experience for a one night stay.」

「Do not use their WiFi all my apps and accounts where breach someone there is doing some serious hacking. Their WiFi is not secure or safe.」

「it may just be me but the room i stayed in could use some long overdue maintenance / refurbishment you could tell the ceiling in the bathroom area is or has gotten wet from the unit above a few times and has since started showing the rot in the ceiling bulging paint pockets that show signs of water saturation. the property is old and the door frame in most units you have to force it to close since the door and frame are not aligning up well anymore, could be hinges warn out or the door frame...

「The stay was OK, I was there for six days, housekeeping didvnot check to see if I need anything and when I ask to get the floor swept, I was told I would have to set that up the day before」

「My card continues to be charged by them and they will not give me a reason why. On the day of check out they charged me an extra $60. When I called and asked why, I was told it was a mistake and would be reversed in a few days. A few days later they charged me over $100 more. Continuing to try to speak to them and they cannot give me answer as to why it is happening.」
