“We arrived at our destination at check in time 3pmThe owners were still at the house it was disgusting. Tried to tell me we didn’t check in but had all the details on my phone, said her internet was playing up. Found the whole process a little disturbing. Where is the backup from stayz where we booked through. This property should be taken off the rental market as I feel we are a cash train and no way to get our money back. “Not the best place I've stayed at but not the worst. From the front of the property it looked terrible when we were there. Grass was all dead and very faded and tired looking. Pool area is really nice with plenty of seating. The room was mostly good apart from the room we were in had some kind of substance smeared on the wall below the vanity that didn't look great. Staff were nice but still not sure if I'd stay again. Definitely wasn't cheap considering it was a long way from being luxurious.”
