The bed and bathroom were clean. There were crumbs all over the couch which was gross. We cleaned them up. I wish there would have been body wash but fortunately, I brought my own so it was fine. It's not a complaint - just a wish.

The front desk staff was fantastic. I had lost my keys, and they immediately notified housekeeping to help look for them. Until they were found, she checked in with me several times to see if I had located them. She was truly concerned, and I appreciated her kindness.
