"Did not see any pets. but shops close to property "

"The room was very noisy and it was in 12th floor, i cannot imagine what would be in a lower floor, i had stayed in these apartments before but on the other side of the building and the room was fine and I had only the regular street noise, this time was horrible because you can hear all the trucks and motorcycles passing through, when I saw the earplugs in the night table I was surprised, but I totally get it now with one night of horrible sleep, the room from before had a bigger bed and was more affordable than this room, there is no way to know that you are booking a noisy room, ULIV answer was that there was no availability, they did not solve the problem and did not offer an alternative"

"I stayed here for a couple of nights during my trip to Mexico City. The property is in a very central location, which made getting around Polanco easy and convenient. The place itself feels cozy and has a nice, quiet charm. Staff was very helpful. That said, there are a couple of gaps worth noting. The room did not have air conditioning, which could be uncomfortable depending on the weather. However, the staff arranged me an portable AC. The lighting in the room was also quite dim and could definitely be improved. Overall, I had a good stay and the location is a strong plus. I would rate this property 3 out of 5."
