「Sehr geehrter Herr/Sehr geehrte Frau, hiermit möchte ich meine große Unzufriedenheit mit den nicht aufgeführten Gebühren für meinen Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus vom 12.12.2025 bis 14.12.2025 zum Ausdruck bringen. Der Aufenthalt selbst war zufriedenstellend, die Abrechnung hat mich jedoch zutiefst enttäuscht. Bei der Buchung wurde uns ein Gesamtpreis von 285 € genannt, den wir auch bezahlt haben. Beim Check-out wurde uns jedoch unerwartet eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 300 € für eine „Reinigungsgebühr“...
