「整體住宿感覺 舒服」

「HH owners (Sandy and Ted) were very welcoming and kind. The room was well maintained and comfortable. We stayed in Black Bear which opened onto a patio with table and chairs and an adjacent lawn with adirondack chairs overlooking the Wenatchee River. It was so relaxing to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the deer nibble on the neighbor's raspberry bushes.」

「非常温馨，楼上楼下两个大厅很适合家庭坐着聊天，每天晚上的钢琴演奏和每天早上的乐器表演是令人最喜欢的，特别是一位老人在弹钢琴，他的太太就坐在旁边，炉火熊熊，窗外静默的山，旁边沉醉于音乐的客人，形成一幅动人的画面！早上的餐厅特别好，四周望去漂亮的山为美味的食品更添风彩！位置特别好，走几步就到镇中心，还有一个小高尓夫球场，我们早上六点起床乘火车，镇内的的士超级准时快速，问前台拿了电话一打5分钟来到酒店，四分钟到火车站，很好很令人放心！」

「Property was clean and very spacious! Soap (dishwasher, laundry, bathrooms), toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. was well stocked. Unfortunately, we ran into several property issues upon arrival including the sling glass door screen off its track, the fridge water filter needing to be replaced, the bathroom lights burnt out and flickering, and a broken door frame on one of the bedrooms. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable as well.」

「Staff Megan and Kristina at the desk were very welcoming. Its an older building but very nice and the rooms were very clean and maintained. We did have an issue with the AC and immediately we were moved to an upgraded room. They were very professional and extremely apologetic leaving an apology treat for the inconvenience. Thank you Kristina」
