“I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!”

“The Bailey was above and beyond the best experience we have had staying with our two dogs. The home was comfy and cozy for both humans and pets alike. The dogs especially loved the provided dog bed and welcome treats, and their humans appreciated the well stocked kitchen and many other helpful dog forward amenities that allowed the family to travel more lightly. We all really enjoyed sitting out on the gated back deck, and the short walk into town.”

“It was clean. It was well located within the city even if it is beside the highway. It is incredibly noisy and after being woken up multiple times despite exhaustion, a sound machine, and a second ambient noise machine, I asked to be moved and considered myself lucky to be moved to the other side of the building on a low floor. I really should have just left. There is no elevator, no laundry, no coffee machine in the room. Items were not necessarily cleaned and I found old fruit in a bowl left……
