Located near the West gate, nestled amongst the trees and surrounded by trails and lakes, this spacious 2 bedroom townhome is great for a family fun stay, a girlfriend's getaway, or a quiet romantic escape, and of course your PET is welcome. Sip wine in the sunroom, or enjoy a competitive game night around the large dining table. Nearby, you will find a Beautiful Walking Trail with a Bridge (great picture spot!) to Lake Desoto, the Marina, and fishing pier!
This home is 2 stories with the bedrooms and two baths located upstairs. The view outside the Master Suite feels like a Treehouse, and there is an Office space located in the Master, as well. The bathrooms are "Hollywood" style with the shower/tub in the middle, a commode and sink on the Master Bedroom Side, and a 3/4 bath on the other. The Kitchen is well equipped for your needs and has nice appliances. There is a Powder Room on the main level. You will be so pleasantly surprised by this Adorable space!

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
