The Living Room offers comfortable seating to kick back in, enjoy a movie, or catch up on your favorite shows on the cable television provided for your entertainment!
The Large Balcony Deck off the Living Room allows you to take in the fresh air and Views of Lake DeSoto!

NO parties! Quiet time is after 10:00 a.m.

Pets are limited to housebroken domestic animals. A pet fee of $50.00 will be required and is a nonrefundable fee. Guest agrees to disclose the breed and weight of each pet. Host may refuse to allow pet occupancy. All pets are required to be on a leash anytime outside of home.

Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in North America and has a variety of amenities that can be enjoyed by all who visit. With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone! 

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away. 

When you arrive you will find: A Welcome Book with local information such as: Restaurants, Church listings, golf courses, lakes and much more!

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

Other Things to Note:
In Arkansas, most homes have a Heat Pump, which works differently than traditional heat/cool systems. If you should need to adjust the temperature in the home, PLEASE DO SO ONE TO TWO DEGREES UP OR DOWN AT A TIME. This will allow the heat pump to catch up to the desired temperature more efficiently.
