Cute place, good space, unsafe scary neighborhood

The Property Manager was easily reached, and the house has really good space inside and is decorated cute, but the carpets and walls were a bit grimy. The location was undesirable and we did not feel safe -though the property does have an alarm system, and the manager was great about assuring us we were safe- I did not feel safe or want to be there and was not allowed to get out of the lease upon seeing the location.
