**House Rules**
No parties, only small get togethers of max amount of guests permitted.
We strive to provide a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests, as well as for our neighbors. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (typically 10 PM to 7 AM).
Noise Complaints or Law Enforcement: If law enforcement (police) is called to the property due to noise disturbances or if neighbors report disruptive behavior, a fine of up to $500 will be imposed.

Important: To protect our properties and ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations, completing our independent verification process is mandatory after booking.

I stayed three nights and had a great experience! The rooms were clean spacious and exactly as described. The property was easy to find and conveniently located near all my weekend activities. Communication with the host was excellent - the check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and when I had a question, the host responded promptly. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again!
