I arrived and checked in. I was given the key to a room that was filled nearly to the ceiling with either supplies or someone’s belongings. The man at the reception counter assisted in looking for a replacement room. I was told to follow him and when we arrived the room was locked and he couldn’t get in. Then he proceeded to look for a third room but this time checked on his own. At this point I was pretty tired and was checking in close to 10pm so that’s why I didn’t leave. The carpet had blood stains and there was at lease 1 roach. The towels were dingy as well. I know that housekeeping cleaned the room, made the bed, and took out the trash but beyond that this was the most dissatisfying experience I have ever had at a hotel in my life. I did also tell the property my experience before leaving.

I had to wait for ten minutes before the receptionist opened the front door. On Expedia, it said that there is free breakfast but there was no breakfast.

Another great stay!
We always enjoy staying here! The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and so quiet. This is, however, our second stay with no morning coffee in the lobby as advertised, but we will continue to stay here. Very affordable and safe.

I liked the rooms , ac and the staff that checked us in but on my way out when I was about to ask a question the Hispanic lady at the front yelled at me saying to wait a min she’s busy , so I walked out. She don’t need to working there if she can’t handle 1 questions with 1 other person in line.

Great Place! Great Price!
I have stayed here multiple times and always have a great experience! The place is always very clean and comfortable, good coffee and breakfast on the go! Quiet in the evenings and through the night! Security is great and the staff is always on top of things and always very courteous! A very convenient spot too, with restaurants within walking distance and a big convenience store! I can't believe I get such a great hotel at such a great price!!!

It was very clean and a great experience. I was on the first floor and I could easily find everything. The lights went out due to the weather, but they came back on in less than 2 minutes. Overall, 8/10 experience.

Only if your desperate
Roach sanctuary!!! Big ones, little ones, ones that want to cuddle with you in bed and others that wanna watch tv with you! The assistant manager is nasty and rude. I extended my stay and before I can even go downstairs to check back in she stood at my door while I had just got out the shower naked and proceeded to ask me all this information even after I told her that I had already booked another reservation. She then told me to check out even though the reservation was already there. The trash room gets full really quick and that’s where the Roach factory is so when I put my trash in a bag In the hallway they told me they were going to charge me $10. Oh and the cops regular there, you can see them at least once a day
