Cornelius, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you had. I have reviewed the cameras (starting with the time period, once you arrived then departed). I also spoke with my staff for further clarification. Upon your arrival, our front desk clerk was gone. The desk was empty for 8 minutes. He was cleaning our large meeting room, and I could not find 1 or 2 fights at our pool. I'm not sure if you are mistaken our property for another. Please let me know.
