Booked for the wrong weekend, scrambling after an unexpected passing in family the second I hit book realized date was wrong and immediately contacted seconds after and was told these things happen will contact the team. 3 hours later told polices are polices sorry. Since we were not getting refunded and date we needed was unavailable they accommodated check in one day earlier. Just felt communication was misleading at first and we had spend more money due to yes my mistake but per reciepts it very much seemed like no worries then a hard no. Now to the house, it’s a newer build nicely decorated. For a newer build something’s inside felt a bit warned down. Chipping on the stairs, scuff marks on the wall. Master room was hottest room in home for some reason but comfortable beds. Great central location and gated community.
