We chose this place out of a lot of different options. To sum it up, it was pretty noisy but they have white noise machines that mostly help, but not everything- like the trolley horns. The room was very clean but very small if you're getting a room with only a queen bed. We received a welcome drink at check in which was pretty unique and cool. The service made the whole experience a lot better; they even refrigerated our leftovers since we didn't have a fridge in our room!The third-party Valet service is another thing though. We had a reservation at 6pm at a steakhouse nearby, so we texted the number to have them get our car. We proceeded to walk down shortly after and stand next to them waiting for our car. About 15 minutes ago by and still nothing, so I went up to them and asked what was going on and they hadn't even received our text, making us late to our dinner reservation. I would be more upset if I had to pay to move my reservation or if it was a weekend and they had no other times available, but that did not happen thankfully. What I am upset about is that it was $50 for this valet service, to which I'm hoping to get a refund or discount for. Anyways, it was a nice stay, I just wish circumstances had gone better with the valet.
