Property needs updating, neighborhood is ok, landscaping and grass unkept. Accommodation were accurate and met our needs, but house has seen better days.

Mike was great to work with amazing service . Everything was professionally handled Mike happily answered all our questions excellent customer service. The house was very clean, very comfortable beds, very spacious had everything we needed our family loved it. Thank you and will definitely recommend it would stay there again. This house is beautiful clean and spacious. It was enough room for everyone in my family including the little ones. The crib was perfect for our one year old. There are several roll-away beds throughout the home. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but the kitchen is well equipped. Mike always responded quickly whenever I had a question. This home made my visit to the Houston area more enjoyable and pleasant; it was home away from home. I definitely recommend this home to anyone and would stay here again.

Spacious house, photos of room setup can be misleading. Bunk beds are in master, crib is upstairs. Checking time was pushed back an hour for cleaning services but he allowed a late check out to compensate. Garage opener is very hard to work, has wrong sized battery inside.

The house was clean and large enough for the whole family. There were some hiccups, it was not ready in time for check in and someone had been smoking in an upstairs bedroom. But overall it was a comfortable and clean home.

House was clean. The owner manager was responsive. The house had everything we needed for our trip to Houston. Great location to go new house shopping. Very close to many new developments in the area. Took the kids to NASA and it was 45 mins away and the Astros are 30mins.

Excellent services and very easy to access and Mike was always available for any issue that came up and was solved immediately. I would rent this property again when next l am in Houston with my family.Very quiet and secured compound,very clean surrounding in a good neighbourhood. I am very pleased with the property.
