“Bed was comfortable. Ac was cold. Shower was hot. Now the downside was that it was in need of maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast was all but gone when we got to it. It’s a working town so I figured it gets hit hard with dirty people that don’t care and the workers don’t care much either. ”

“Kaylee and Hattie were so kind a courteous during our stay, great staff. Justin the GM was off during our stay this time but we always enjoy seeing him when we stay in Big Spring, he is the best 🙌.
Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed the gluten free blue berry muffins they had! ☺️”

“I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.”

“Listing description stated 3 queen beds. There were only two. Owner did come add a cot like twin bed in the corner of a room to try and help. No washer or dryer. Says it will sleep 4 but that requires two grown men to sleep on a couch. As a business owner I try to get my guys into comfortable stays with commodities that make life easier outside of work. I failed on this one. Host was responsive. Should probably only be listed for 2-3 people. ”
