"We had an amazing stay at this house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location was incredibly convenient (only about 20 minutes from Sunday River) which made getting to and from the mountain quick. Seth was an outstanding host from start to finish. He was extremely responsive, easy to communicate with, and always willing to help with any questions we had, whether it was about the house or local recommendations. The house itself was perfect for our group of 10. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably while still having great common areas to hang out together. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient spot near Sunday River. We’d happily stay here again! PS… We also recommend the Brick & Stone Tavern for dinner :) "

"The hosts were great - They were super responsive! We loved the house - especially the hot tub and full size pool. Plenty of bedrooms and our group enjoyed the movie theater in the evening! I would certainly book this house again. "

"Yes, host was very accommodating and responsive. Amenities were great. Layout with the hottub under the deck was very convenient as didn't need to walk in snow. Very easy to care for while there. Beds were comfortable. Very clean and well kept."

"The host seemed welcoming and was generally very responsive. Everything was in order at the house, and the property was very nice. There was a bit of an unusual smell coming from the fridge, and despite offering some cleaning materials, I would’ve hoped for a bit more of an acknowledgment of the issue, as opposed to expressing that it’s not something that they’ve noticed before. Generally, a very good place though, and I would stay at this property again. "

"I cannot recommend this place enough. The host Kate was delightful and ahead of every single detail. It was fully stocked with spices, laundry detergent, paper towels and all the games you could imagine. It was cozy and comfortable for our group of 12. The finishes in the home were beautiful, the perfect mix of lake house meets modernity. The hot tub was splendid, the BBQ worked great and all guests were happy. We will be back and could not recommend this place more. "
