“Very clean. The floors, kitchen counters and appliances, bathroom vanities/showers look brand new, as well as the furniture. The house and neighborhood were super quiet and I had no road noise, neighbor noise, or any kind of disturbances during my 2 week stay. I was able to work remotely from the home very comfortably. The host, Bonnie, was extremely responsive (immediate replies to my texts) and helpful. My only critique is that the internet would cut out for a few mins once or twice a day……

“This place exceeded expectations! Slept 12 comfortably, the pool and hot tub were clutch for the heat and tons of room to hang. Close enough to downtown that getting a ride is easy with walkable access to some great local dives. Would 10/10 recommend and stay here again!”

“The house, neighborhood and location were all excellent for our purpose. The beds were comfortable except the pull out couch which was not usable . We missed having a coffeepot and toaster in the kitchen but otherwise the kitchen and appliances were very good. No wine glasses or corkscrew.The large open living /kitchen area were perfect for the whole family to gather and play games and eat. We enjoyed the atmosphere very much. “This property provided everything we needed for our trip! We were a group of 9, and the house easily accommodated all of us and there even was a bed to spare. The only negative review we have is of the shower in the master bathroom. The water pressure was very low, but we made it work. Overall, it was a great place for us to stay and was easily accessible from the areas of Austin that we wanted to explore -- downtown and Lake Travis. I would stay again.”
