"We had such a wonderful stay at Misty’s house for a friend’s wedding weekend! From the very beginning, Misty was an excellent host—she made it easy for us to check in early, clearly communicated everything we needed to know, and was always quick to respond if we had any questions. She even allowed us a little extra time for checkout, which we really appreciated.The house itself is adorable exactly like the photos and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. It was the perfect place to relax in before and after the wedding, and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot.Thank you, Misty, for being such a thoughtful and accommodating host. "

"Best rental stay ever!We had 6 adult members of my family.The property was exactly as described! Plenty of room to meet communally and break-out when you want privacy.The setting is spectacular. We started every day with coffee on one of four levels watching the sun rise over Puget Sound and Seattle and saying hello to the resident seals hanging on a platform buoy nearby.Walking down or riding the tram down was a descent into a special place. The gardens, landscaping and flowering plants are standouts.And so convenient to everything we wanted to do! We took the walk-on ferry for day trips to Seattle to avoid driving and parking.Trips to Port Angeles for a shorter, cheaper ferry ride over to Victoria was much easier than if we stayed in Seattle.And I can’t say enough about the views across the sound to downtown Seattle day or night.This is the place; put it on your list."

"I really enjoyed my stay in Port Orchard. The house was accurately described, had amazing views, a fenced yard for my pup to enjoy and was close to town. I felt very safe while walking the neighborhood, and I walked down Tracy a few times and enjoyed the deck at Whiskey Gulch. The kitchen was well stocked to accommodate my 6 night stay. One item of note - while well lit, the entry way steps are made of stacked stone and were a bit deep and uneven when loading and unloading. "

"Listing is completely accurate. Not walkable to the town but that was what I was looking for. Great little studio, has everything you need and nothing you don't. Clean, good furnishing, and a comfy bed."

"POSITIVES: The interior has been updated so it’s clean and modern, with ample natural light. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious. We were a family of three couples, and there was plenty of space for everyone, making this house a good option for us. The massage chair was a huge hit! CONS: Farther to Seattle than expected (our bad!) The exterior is not inviting. Our Uber driver thought we’d arrived at an abandoned house & insisted we made sure we had access before he left us. Members of the LGBTQ or BIPOC communities (we had both in our party) may not feel welcomed in this space as the owners political leanings are proudly on display in the decor. "
