"I called ahead to let them know I was checking in late (8 PM) and when I did arrive I only had to wait about 3 minutes after speaking with someone through the intercom to be attended. "Check in was smooth. We had questions after checking in and the host did not respond to our messages. As advertised, the stairs are steep and there are no doors on the rooms. We could not find laundry soap, bed sheets, and had a hard time figuring out how to turn the futons into beds. We couldn't find TV stations. The windowed front door has no privacy. Tourists in the Schnoor peek through the windows because there are advertisements on the front of the property. The Schnoor really is beautiful...
