"Really appreciated the staff. It turned out I'd only booked one night instead of two. The stuff was super helpful in booking the second night and fixing it so we could stay in the same room. She even wrote on our folder for the door card exactly what time we were booked to take the shuttle bus to the airport for our flight home. Really nice people."

"Like many of the hotels I've stayed at in Hsinchu City, the majority of the staff speak English. As a westerner, I found the breakfast buffet a little limited in selections for me. But my travel companions didn't feel the same way (I observe Kosher so travel in Asia is particularly challenging food-wise.) The 14th floor has a gym, very nice pool, playroom for young children, and ping-pong table. Central to my customer's location, this property was good value for the cost."
