The area consist of about 40 houses with owners from many nations ( Thai, England, France, Switzerland,Sweden, Norway, Holland, USA, Canada and more). There are several of the house owners that either live here or rent out their homes on long term leases. This means that here are people all year around and not only in the high season.

Each month throughout the year a service team will control and spray on anti insect remedy on the property and inside the house. This means that the property has a minimal amount of bugs of any sort. Mosquitos can appear, but mostly in the hours when the sun goes up and down and in the rainy season.

The area is fully developed with all facilities. It is also security to enter the area.

The rent includes normal use of electric, water and free internet.
