“My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part……

“What is advertised and charged at 5 Star rates is not a 5 Star experience
The beachfront villas would have been amazing when new but are showing sings of dilapidation
The biggest disappointment was the service especially the “butler “
The”butler “ was very late to respond to issues we were having and did not respond to messages nor phone calls”
