The staff accommodated our every need, going above and beyond to secure us provisions when all the shops were closed for canada day. "Very clean. Beds were comfortable. We had the king suite with sofa bed which was unfortunately located right beside the elevator and that’s all we could hear all night. We asked to move rooms but that type of room is only located beside the elevator. The pool and slide were great but there is a lack of ventilation or something because the adults could not sit in the room without burning eyes to the point of tears. The kids would also leave with burning eyes and coughing. I’ve never experienced this before it was actually pretty bad! Breakfast was great and probably one of the best free hotel breakfasts we’ve had."
